Custom specs & selections templates are ideal for new CO+ clients, those who are transitioning from other software or for those who have been using CO+ without training & customization.
Custom template packages are offered at a fixed rate and require payment in advance.
So, what does a custom template package include? A lot! We want to help you streamline your planning and communication as well as improve your job costing and profitability. Hover over each of these below, for details on how we integrate them into your template.
Plan faster and more efficiently by using a master template to store every possible cost!
We’ll create a comprehensive template with all of your categories, items and cost lines for better planning and estimating in new construction and remodels.
Communicate clear expectations, educate clients and create professional proposals!
We’ll add contract, code, industry standard or custom language, as requested for Specifications, Client and Trade information within template items.
Job Costing & Profitability
Track your costs to improve estimating, reduce loss and provide detailed reports for your clients and your team!
We’ll assign your accounting codes to each cost line for detailed tracking through QuickBooks. Don’t have an accounting code list? We can help with that too.
We’ll start with a conversation about your current planning and estimating practices then we’ll work on a template draft. We will review and edit as needed throughout the customization process, to make sure you have a template you’re proud of and a proposal your soon-to-be clients will love.
Once your template is complete you’ll have a 1 hour training session (optional) to learn how to use your template in new projects.
We’ll show you:
– How to start your cost catalog
– How to create parameters and use formulas for even faster estimating
– How each of your template features create a seamless process through bidding, PO’s, change orders and invoicing. It’s all connected and it all starts with your master template!
After your training session, you’ll have an additional 2 hours of follow-up / edit time to use for up to 90 days. Use your template for a few projects and then let’s work through any problems you’re having.
